By requesting, booking, approving, or receiving services from TakeBack Cleaning LLC you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Services: TakeBack Cleaning LLC provides residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, janitorial services, move-in/move-out cleaning, restroom cleaning, guard shack cleaning, junk removal, and related cleaning services. The exact scope of work is based on the approved estimate, invoice, written agreement, or service request.

Estimates & Pricing Estimates are based on the information provided by the customer, including photos, walkthroughs, property size, condition, and requested services. Final pricing may change if the job condition is different than described, if extra areas are added, or if additional labor, supplies, or equipment are required.

Payment: Payment is due according to the approved invoice, estimate, or service agreement. TakeBack Cleaning LLC may pause or stop services if invoices are unpaid or overdue.

Cancellations & Access:Customers should provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling. The customer is responsible for providing safe access to the property, including gates, keys, lockboxes, codes, parking instructions, and site requirements.

Customer Responsibilities: Customers must provide accurate service information, secure pets, remove or protect fragile or valuable items, notify TakeBack Cleaning LLC of unsafe conditions, and provide water, electricity, and access when needed.

Safety & Chemical Use:TakeBack Cleaning LLC follows safety procedures and uses labeled cleaning products. Safety Data Sheets are maintained when applicable. Chemicals are not mixed unless allowed by the manufacturer’s label or Safety Data Sheet. Work may be refused or stopped if unsafe conditions are present.

Service Limitations: TakeBack Cleaning LLC does not guarantee removal of all stains, hard water buildup, mold, mildew, rust, paint, permanent marks, odors, or damage caused by age, neglect, improper maintenance, or prior chemical use.

Damages or Concerns: Any service concern, missed area, or damage claim must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. TakeBack Cleaning LLC will review the concern and may offer a reasonable correction or resolution.

Photos & Documentation:TakeBack Cleaning LLC may take before-and-after photos for estimates, proof of service, quality control, safety records, and documentation. Marketing use will avoid private personal information unless permission is given.

Communication Consent:By submitting a form, calling, texting, emailing, or requesting service, you agree that TakeBack Cleaning LLC may contact you by phone, text, email, or voicemail regarding your service request, estimate, appointment, invoice, or account.

Agreement: By using this website, submitting a request, approving an estimate, or receiving services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
